This dress is exquisite with layered red chiffon horizontal pleats that are stitched down in only a few areas creating a lovely cascading draped look echoed by a cascading vertical ruffle on the left front as pictured

Also looks like some internal stitching fixes at some point but they are not noticeable on the outside
