Half sleeve and a super soft fabric, like silk (unknown as there are no tags or indications), Notched collar, seam allowance, darts at bust and on back at shoulders for shape. Show in photo with a belt (not included). Era is unknown. Reminiscent of 40s and 50s, however, could be as recent as 1970s. Either way, it is in excellent (and beautiful) vintage condition.
