Juncker consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac National Board for the Promotion(Frontflugspange fr Aufklrer in Bronze). Constructed of bronzed tombak, the obverse consisting of a central circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, surrounding a central silvered eagles head, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the reverse with a single visible rivet securing the eagle in position, with a barrel hinge and tapering horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked but demonstrating the
