In silver gilt with blue, white and green enamels, marked "AR" (argent = silver) on the ring, cypher of Leopold II on the reverse centrepiece, measuring 43 mm (w) x 62. 2 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, intact enamels, one of the points on the arm at 7 o'clock bent slightly, original ribbon, near extremely fine.
