In its hardshelled case of issue, Royal crown on the lid, lightly soiled recessed medal bed, scuffing and sticker residue on the exterior, wear evident in the fabric overlying the hinged area, case fair. Footnote: Victor Carrington Lucas was the son of Frederick William Lucas, of 78,
