Pete's Pure Pinot Grigio jacquere between the Vaucluse and LuberonPete's Pure Bianco is a stylish blend of 90% Pinot Grigio with 10% Fiano grapes. These fruits were machine harvested, crush drained, and then pressed into tanks. The juice obtained was fermented with yeast and held on lees to enhance the overall fruit structure. This process led to the creation of a pale straw hued wine displaying vibrant green tinges. Passionfruit and guava characters dominate the perfumed nose, making way for a dry and bright palate
