Germany, Third Reich. An Olympic Games Commemorative Medal, with Case visually-hidden 200 Squadron RAF West Africa(Deutsche Olympia Ehrenzeichen 1936 mit Etui). Constructed of magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a central raised column overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, topped by Olympic rings, and flanked by a date of 1936, the reverse bearing an inscription of FR VERDIENSTVOLLE MITARBEIT BEI DEN OLYMPISCHEN SPIELE 1936 (FOR MERITORIOUS
