The badge is for Mongolian nobility granted the continuance of their rights and privileges under the Chinese Favourable Treatment Act of 1912
Germany, Luftwaffe. An Observer’s Badge, Cloth Version Archive Sutlej Medal 1845-1846 with Aliwal(Beobachterabzeichen Stoffausfhrung). Constructed of dark blue grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 64 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
