Castagna, Bruna - Signed Photograph in Carmen Maria Callas Autographs Alice Mertens and Ignacio deItalian contralto and mezzo soprano (1896 1983), sang in various important theaters such as La Scala di Milano between 1925 1934, Met Opera of New York 1936 1945 and Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires 1925 1942. Beautiful signed photograph, shown as Bizet's Carmen, stamped on verso by photographer James Abresch, New York, whose printed signature is also on the front. Size is 8 x 10 inches, mounting traces on verso, otherwise, in very good condition.
