Germany, Wehrmacht. An Unusual Totenkopf Traditions Badge United Republic of killing all four crew members(Totenkopf Mtzenabzeichen). Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of a jawless Danziger style Totenkopf, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 26 mm (h), both of the attachment prongs are missing and the base metal demonstrates a consistent and pleasing patina, an unusual style worn as a traditions badges by Freikorps, Reichswehr, and some Wehrmacht (Heer) units in very fine condition.
