A well preserved NSRL standard flag constructed of a light red cotton blended twill base, with each side overlaid by a white cotton twill disc which extends in a band to both the top and bottom edges, each in turn bearing black cotton NSRL style German national eagles overlaid by white mobile swastikas, with the feathering and features highlighted in white cotton threading, the upper corners
