Constructed of silver, with an integral suspension loop, the obverse bearing a raised rightward facing profile of Emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria, circumscribed by name and title in Russian Cyrillic, the reverse with a Russian Cyrillic dedication above dates 1848 1898, unmarked, measuring 33. 20 mm in diameter, weighing 15. 0 grams, missing its suspension ring, a rare example in overall extremely fine condition.
