Germany, Kriegsmarine. An Officer’s Tropical M43 Field Cap United Republic of A Rare River Boat Pilot(Kriegsmarine Tropenfelddienstmtze). Constructed of ribbed cotton twill with gently sloping side panels towards a scalloped front with silver aluminum bullion embroidery along the crown of the cap and the downward sloping panels. The cap features two plain ventilation grommets on each side in between the top crown and scalloped edged seam. The front center of the cap features a machine woven national tri colour (black white red) cockade on a woven tan
