A textbook example of an early version sunwheel swastika SA enlisted personnel belt buckle, constructed of partially silvered brass, the obverse bearing a central raised German national eagle with its wings spread apart clutching a wreathed sunwheel style swastika situated within a ribbed ring bearing oak leaf branches, the eagle head below the lower rope, the reverse with swivel attached claws, two solder points, and a
