A complete and extremely well preserved Model 38 Luftschutz (Air Protection) gas mask, constructed of a field grey canvas exterior. The mask features dual grey painted metal eyepieces with orange tinted transparent plastic lenses. Each lens is stamped with a manufacture date of 9. 1938. A grey metal ventilation shaft extends from the mouth and features a screw shaft accommodating a removable grey magnetic metal filter. The filter
