Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered red and white Latvian national emblem, overlaid at the upper left corner by a white inscription of LATVIJA, measuring 50 mm (w) x 65 mm (h), demonstrating moderate soiling and minor material fatigue, in uniform removed and better than very fine condition.
