Fowles Stone Dwellers Mourvedre 2021 jalisco "The big brooding 2019 MarsicanWinemaking This fruit was picked using a selective harvester in April 2022. The whole berries were crushed with the rollers left open to ensure only partial crushing of the fruit, resulting in optimal extraction of colour, tannin and flavour from the skins. The juice was fermented with yeast to promote mid palate and intensity of fruit aromas. The wine was then matured in old American oak for 11 months for added concentration.
